Q. How can I be placing an order?
A. Placing an order couldn’t be easier – just use the navigation or the search bar at the top of the page to find the product you’d like and then add it to your bag to complete your order, click on your bag and follow our simple checkout process.

Q. How long it will take to receive the order confirmation?
A. We may be dealing with a high volume of order request. Please be patient and allow us sometime to check the stock.
Q. Order status?
Order being prepared:
The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.
Order has shipped:
As soon as the order is shipped from Royal Mail, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.
Q. I made mistake or ordered the wrong thing, what should I do?
A. Don’t panic. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it then reorder. If 30 minutes have passed, you can return it to us for a refund once you receive them.

A. Yes, but only within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, neither you nor customer services will be able to cancel your order. You can however return most unwanted items to us for a refund once you receive them. Please click here firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.

You can change your billing address within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please contact email@example.com who will be able to do this for you.
• Delivery address
You can change your delivery address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to do this for you.
• All other amends
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any other amends. This means we cannot change your payment details or the quantity, size or colour of the item you’ve ordered.
You can however cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

A. Probable the product you chosen is out of stock and the system has not been updated. Or it may be that unusual activity has been detected on your account and we’re investigating it, both for the protection of our other customers and for you, to ensure no one else is using your account details. Q. I’m buying a product as a gift. How can I hide the price?
A. We can remove the price from your parcel summary documents if you let us know it’s a gift.
